We recently moved to the area and this store has been a diamond in the ruff. Great selection, good prices, hot food is killer and friendly associates.

Great selection. Employees were nice & very efficient.

I don’t even know where to begin. One, the cashier rang us up for a whole roast duck which we didn’t get. Two, poor very poor customer service. Horrible management team. Didn’t even want to resolve the issue. Waste my time driving there to get the refund cuz they won’t do it on the phone. Just horrible place. Go to the one in Buffalo. It’s a lot bigger. Once again poor customer service. Their scammer. Don’t go there. Hope they shut down soon.

As far as I know this is the only place where you can find good ingredients for authentic asian cooking, from spices to herbs. They have a wide variety of items at good price. Should visit for variety food.

Terrible customer service, lots of items have no barcode. The cashier misidentified many items; the food stall outside is dirty & people at the counter are extremely rude.

Great Chinese bakery; egg tarts are delicious. Lot of Asian products to choose from but not a large selection of Japanese items such as yakisoba and azuki.

Love the place, it has lots of Asian products that cannot be found easily in any other place in Rochester. The bakery smells good though I never bought anything from there. The only downside here is most of the staff (probably all?) don't speak English so it is hard to ask them if you have a particular thing you want to buy but meh, you can just wander around and hope for the best.

Very clean and well set up for covid times, also selling reusable bags now which is awesome. Everyone was masked and the store looked great.

Such a cool experience. I've been back multiple times to indulge in some different cultural foods and haven't been disappointed yet!

Had everything I was looking for, reasonably priced, everyone wore masks and hand sanitizer provided.

Great selection of Chinese food ingredients. Also carry seafood, meat, and freshly baked bread. Has a roast meat counter in front that sells excellent roast duck.

Love it here!!! Noodles, soy sauce, fish, produce, rice, bonito, kombu, nori, housin, rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, ell...everything! And the bakery is awesome!

First time visit was impressive. Been to other Asian type stores before but this one is the best I've seen. Huge variety of products. Meat department has a variety of prepared meats fully cooked. Japanese,Korean, Vietnamese ,Chinese and more . Highly recommend it.
